| A beauty of a day. Lots of sun, semi-favourable wind and some good roads. Going near the Lake District was great, nearly ran out of water climbing Shap Pass but made for it with a cCoke and a beer at the nearest pub on the descent. I am in Carlisle and now head into Scotland. Forecast is rain and difficulty understanding local people speaking :-D ~GC |
